TRX-tra Core and Conditioning

TRX-tra: Core & Conditioning is a workout designed with a specific focus on building abdominal strength. This class will challenging users with a fast-paced circuit that combines TRX suspension training, body weight training, and cardio drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the circuits at your own pace.

Focus: Build lean muscle, strengthen core, increase cardio endurance, and burn body fat quickly.

REPs is a full body strength and conditioning class. It will challenge users with a workout that combines TRX suspension training, various fitness equipment, and cardio drills. Each circuit will require the completion of a set number of repetitions that will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the circuits.
